    Question machines in the circuit

Have been going to Curves for eight months. I know what all the machines look like. But if you said "have you got a pec/dec machine", I'd have to say no because I don't know what one looks like. (We do have one at our club though). Does anyone have a piece of paper and post under each machine what they are called and look like? I'd really appreciate it. I am trying to find out the names and looks of these machines look like:
    1. pec deck
    2. ab machine
    3. squat machine
    4. Chest/Back machine
    5. Leg Press machine
    6. Shoulder/Lat machine
    7. Oblique machine
    8. Leg Curl machine
    9. Bicep curl machine
    10. Inner/Outer machine
    11. Dip/Shrug machine
    12. Glute machine
    13. Lateral lift machine
We have all these machines in our club, and wish there was a sign posted on each and every one of these machines to say what they are. They did have a sign posted in the shower area of our club to say just that, but they had to take them down due to the humidity-no one could read them. They should have made a sign for each machine and taped it on to the machine itself rather than posting it in the shower room-of all places. Someone wasn't thinking. As a side note, I'm doing a various number of reps on each of these machines (because of the advanced workout I had this morning), and need to know what these machines in the circuit look like). Thanks for the help. It's appreciated.

They should have a sheet that has them listed in your clubs maybe in the office. I am sure there is one on this website also not sure where though. Sorry I wasn't more help.

there are photos of the machines and instructions for proper use at myCurves.com. you will need an access code from your home club to view the site.

the same photos are on www.curvesozonepark.com under "30 Minute Workout".

if you do not have the code for myCurves.com just ask at your club. the site is worth looking at for recipes and the "official word" from curves international on the workout.

And the exact same photos with official instructions are listed in the first link that Tracy posted above. (Just in case you don't want to wait until you get the access code from your club to go to the other site.)

Thanks a lot for the post showing the pictures of the machines. That helped quite a bit. Have just printed off 4 pages of 11 of these machines, which now that I see what they look like, can now recognize them. That has helped immensely. Thanks.
